David brings to the office many years of experience in Business and Tax Law, including over 14 years with prominent national law firms (Shearman & Sterling in New York City and Akerman Senterfitt in Florida), as well as over 10 years of investment banking/finance experience (with Salomon Brothers and Gleacher & Co. in New York City). David received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida and also received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University, which is considered the best Tax Program in the nation.
